Service

Planning Signals provides access to planning application monitoring and associated outreach and workflow tools. You are responsible for how you use the information and for complying with applicable laws when you contact homeowners or other parties.

Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices vary by coverage area. Your plan will renew each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account (where available) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or misuse platform data.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harassing, or misleading communications.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access other users’ data.

Availability

We aim for high availability, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planning Signals is not liable for indirect losses or business outcomes (including lost profits or opportunities) resulting from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts in those jurisdictions will have exclusive jurisdiction.
