Planning application information is sourced from publicly available local authority records and associated documents. We surface and organise this information to help you act early.

We retain account data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, we typically retain essential records for up to 12 months for support, compliance, and audit purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. You may also request a copy (portability) where applicable.
